Your viviaBella Hair extensions are shipped from China or U.S.

It will take 1-2 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout. 

We ship Monday through Friday (no weekends or holidays). We cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even for express shipping.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships.

Express shipping options and any other third-party fees are non-refundable.

International Taxes and Duties

We are not responsible for any duties, taxes, or additional charges that may be charged by Customs for any International deliveries. As we are unable to advise as to the amount of these fees, we recommend you contact your country's customs office for current charges and rates.

Please note that DHL pays these fees on your behalf to ensures delivery of your package in the shortest time possible. Your package will be released to you upon full repayment of all fees. DHL may invoice for the fees after delivery of your package.

Delivered but Not Delivered

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact your courier at the number provided above. We are not responsible for errors of the courier.

Note:

  1. When shipping to a P.O. Box, delivery time cannot be guaranteed nor can the package be tracked. We encourage all deliveries be made to a physical address so packages can be tracked.
2. For the cardholder's protection, the company reserves the right to send orders to the billing address if a differing shipping address cannot be verified.
